It certainly compliments my wardrobe style. All praise for this trend, I couldn’t resist getting my hands on this one. I found a natty gingham dress in blue and white bold checks. What could be more in vogue, the dress has a floral embroidery that sits at the base of the neckline and an asymmetric hem that completes this trendy piece.
Let me just spare you all the bragging and share how I styled this piece. I have played around with looks; hope you get some inspiration.
This look is classy chic without being a pushover. To go out for an informal lunch-meeting, I have kept the look simple and accessorized with a structured tote in black, a gold watch and black kitten heels. Add a summer blazer for a formal/business attire.
Free and Easy
Layering the gingham dress with a polo t-shirt in a contrasting color or pairing it with a round neck tee in solid blue. Choose your pick. For accessories, I have added an orange choker, a jute sling and tan sneakers to one look and brown wayfarers and sneakers to the other. The looks give out a laid back vibe. Perfect for college or to carry when going for a brunch or movie with the girls. The sneakers add that playfulness and comfort for you to glide through the day.
Slay the summers and monsoons in Gingham Style!
